Jill Presley is an award-winning lawyer who has taken more than 60 cases to jury trial across more than a quarter-century in practice. She maintains an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which also awarded her the Women's Justice Award in 2021. Jill is in The National Trial Lawyer’s Top 100.

Kirk Presley has dedicated his career to helping clients take on powerful industries with a reputation for wrongful and negligent behavior. To that end, he has won the two largest insurance bad faith verdicts in the State of Missouri: a $16.5 million judgment against Allstate and an $11 million judgment against American Family.

Kirk maintains an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubble, has been listed on The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and won Drury University’s Distinguished Alumni Award for Community Service in 2009. The UMKC Law Foundation gave Kirk its President’s Award in 2007 and the Pat Kelly Service Award in 2012.
