Jill Presley is an award-winning trial attorney who has devoted her career to seeking justice for victims and their families. As Partner and Co-Founder of Presley & Presley Trial Lawyers, she focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury and complex litigation, including semi-truck and commercial vehicle crashes, airplane and helicopter accidents, serious automobile collisions, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. 

With more than 25 years of experience and over 60 jury trials, Jill is known for her strategic advocacy, courtroom skill, and unwavering commitment to her clients. Over the course of her career, she has achieved numerous significant and record-setting verdicts and recoveries for individuals and families whose lives have been permanently altered by catastrophic injury. 

Jill began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Jackson County, Missouri, where she specialized in prosecuting sexual assault and other violent crimes. During that time, she devoted her work to seeking justice for victims and protecting the community. That experience shaped her approach to trial advocacy and gave her extensive courtroom experience early in her career. Today, she continues that same mission on the civil side of the courtroom, advocating for individuals and families who have suffered devastating loss due to negligence or corporate misconduct. 

Jill has earned national recognition for her work and is widely respected by her peers as one of the leading plaintiff trial lawyers in the country. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers®, Super Lawyers, Missouri Lawyers Weekly, and The National Trial Lawyers for excellence in catastrophic injury litigation, aviation law, and insurance bad faith.

Beyond the courtroom, Jill is committed to supporting and mentoring the next generation of attorneys. She serves as a Board Member for the Association of Women Lawyers and has chaired the Women’s Litigation Symposium, a program dedicated to advancing courtroom and litigation skills among female attorneys. She also mentors young lawyers through the Denise Hennings Connections Mentorship Program.

Jill is equally committed to serving her community. She and her husband support numerous charitable organizations, including Operation Breakthrough, Foster Adopt Connect, Just Like You Films, Harvesters, Feeding America, and the Southwest Boulevard Health Clinic, among others. 

An avid golfer, pickleball player, and traveler, Jill considers her family to be her greatest accomplishment. She lives in Kansas City with her husband, Kirk Presley—her partner in both law and life—and they are the proud parents of two sons.
